I don't know how common they are along the routes, but people breed Pokemon all the time, so you could get one that way. You could probably get an egg from the Breeding Center, too.

I've heard that you can find Swablus in Blackthorn City, it evolves into a Dragon-type. And there are Gibles in Mt. Mortar.

His name was Phoenix Wright. One of my traveling companions when I first got here. One of the only two people here other than my sister who I let call me Light... He was someone I could turn to for anything. He never judged me for what I was or what I had done in my past. Phoenix had a rough past as well. Closest I've ever had to a best friend.
